On Sunday our electricity in northriding went off at 9Hoo. At 16Hoo my patience ran out and i contacted eskom asking what is going on. I was told by a eskom employee ( lets call him Mr Shabalala as he never gave me his name ) that because of a PLANNED outage ( Note we were never informed of such outage ) the electricity will only be back on at midnight. On asking to talk to a manager i was told the manager has the day of. Informing Mr "Shabalala" of eskom's incompetence the call was rudely ended by eskom.
WHY Could a back up generator for the erea not be put in place????
I beg today, Please ***, send a new supplier of electricity into south africa so that Eskom who is Demanding more money, who is unreliable be replaced in its whole.South africans should not have to put up with this incompetence. Is eskom going to pay for businesses loosing money, people loosing their months meat supply. I THINK NOT and with that their **** arrogance. something need to be done about this.
